Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fine writing instruments and stationery; if you are not, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original, unused condition and include the manufacturer's packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account to view your recent orders and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring delicate nibs and pen bodies are protected, and include a copy of your delivery note.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
